In the area “Roles & User Management” Do you control Who is involved in organizing your event — clear, secure and structured. You can invite other users to join you at Planning and implementation support your event. The invitation is simply sent via the area “Register user”: Select a role, enter an email address, send an invitation — done.
Depending on the area of responsibility, you can assign different roles to the invited people. As Producer:in You get full access to all event planning functions. The role Organizer allows access to selected program items while Editors be able to edit certain content. People who perform on stage — as speakers or artists, for example — are given the role Speaker and have correspondingly restricted access to their own program items.
As soon as an invited person has registered, they appear in the list of active users. You can find invitations that have not yet been accepted in the section “Invited users”.
About the area “Announcements” Can you send targeted messages to specific groups — for example, only to producers, organizers, or speakers. This keeps everyone involved informed and your team is well organized. The user administration thus gives you maximum control and efficiency for collaboration around your event.
