In the area “Time slots” Our platform helps you create an early clear time structure to define for your event program. You lay firm Time frame (slots) , which serve as a basis for your later process — for example for lectures, panels, workshops or appearances.

You can either play these slots directly with Fill program items or open for applications: Applicants can then apply specifically for free slots, e.g. as part of a Call for Participation. After completing the selection process, you decide Which program point assigned to which slot becomes — very simply and transparently.

This gives you control over the time frame of your event right from the start and at the same time provides the necessary flexibility for creative content, co-creation and collaborative planning. The time slot function is particularly suitable for curated programs, open stages and multi-day events with parallel sessions.
