The story behind iveo began with a real need. For many years, Nicolai worked in the conception, planning, and production of large-scale international events. Time and again, he noticed that information, stakeholders, schedules, and content in the industry are often managed through scattered tools, printed run sheets and spreadsheets. That is flexible, but it takes a lot of coordination and leaves plenty of room for errors.
In 2024, Nicolai Jakobs founded iventactive apps GmbH in Berlin and, together with an interdisciplinary team of event professionals and software developers, built the all-in-one platform iveo.
