The story behind iveo began with a real need. For many years, Nicolai worked in the conception, planning, and production of large-scale international events. Time and again, he noticed that information, stakeholders, schedules, and content in the industry are often managed through scattered tools, printed run sheets, and spreadsheets – with great flexibility, but also with significant coordination effort and a high potential for errors.
In 2024, Nicolai Jakobs founded iventactive apps GmbH in Berlin and, together with an interdisciplinary team of event professionals and software developers, built the all-in-one platform iveo.
