The German Pavilion hosted a variety of programme items at COP29 with representatives from politics, civil society, science, and business. The aim was to develop, plan, and bring a diverse programme to the stage in Baku with all participants. At the same time, the coordination of the German Pavilion’s extensive programme needed to be efficiently organised and published on the website.

‍Digital Programme Application and Slot Allocation

To query and subsequently evaluate the large number of programme applications, we provided the iveo Prepare module. This made it possible to invite all involved individuals to the platform with very little effort via a generated link and to collect programme submissions in a bundled manner. Subsequently, the content could be coordinated internally and directly assigned to available time slots and stages - including email notifications for queries, confirmations, or cancellations.

Graphic Elements for Social Media

With iveo’s Social Media function, social media assets can be generated for marketing on social media channels. For this project, the client used this function to draw attention to the programme broadcasts. In addition to programme images and titles, involved individuals on stage, as well as organisations, could be created as graphics in 9:16, 16:9, or 1:1 format, saving time.

Event Website as an Interactive Information Hub

With the iveo Event Website, all programmes could be integrated into the official German Climate Pavilion website as an interactive programme overview. This allowed internet visitors to obtain valuable information and follow all programmes live as a multilingual video stream. The intelligent linking of data within iveo highlights the navigation of programme elements, such as individuals, programmes, and organisations. This function makes it possible to visit individuals’ programmes, switch between the organisations involved in programmes, or access programmes by organisations.
