At COP29, the German Pavilion hosted a variety of program items with representatives from politics, civil society, science and business. The aim was to develop, plan and stage a multi-faceted program in Baku with all participants. At the same time, the coordination of the extensive program should be organized efficiently and published on the website.
To meet the wide range of program applications to interrogate and then Evaluate We set up the module iveo Prepare available. This made it possible for all people involved with very little effort via a generated link to invite to the platform and collect the program submissions in a bundle. The content could then be coordinated internally and assigned directly to available time slots and stages - including email notifications in case of questions, confirmations or cancellations.
With iveo's social media function, social media assets can be created that can be used for marketing on social media channels. In this project, the client used this function to draw attention to the program broadcasts. In addition to the program images and titles, participants on stage and organizations could also be created as graphics in 9:16, 16:9 or 1:1 format to save time.

With the iveo event website, all programs on the website could be integrated as an interactive program overview on the official website of the German Climate Pavilion. This made it possible for Internet visitors to obtain valuable information and to watch all programs live as a multilingual video stream. By intelligently linking data at iveo, the navigation of program elements, such as people, programs and organizations, can be emphasized. This function makes it possible to visit people's programs, switch between participating organizations of programs, or call up programs from organizations.
