In the “Screen Graphics” area, you design the visual content for all screens at your event – flexibly, up to date, and on-brand. For each display, you can create individual graphics and show content such as lower thirds, event information, programme items, the day's agenda, the current stage programme, or a preview of upcoming sessions.
This feature is ideal for stage backdrops, foyer displays, info screens, or digital signage throughout the entire venue. All content is automatically pulled from existing data in the planner, so there is no need for duplicate maintenance.
Using individual design options, you can align the appearance of the graphics with your event branding – for a consistent and professional look on all screens.
Screen graphics update in real time whenever content changes in the planner. If a programme item is moved or a speaker name is corrected, the change appears immediately on all connected displays – without manual updates or outdated graphics on stage.
