Users select recipients specifically – for example, only producers, organisers or speakers – and create their message directly in the system. This ensures that the right people receive relevant information at the right time.
The central email function eliminates the detour via external mail programmes and ensures all communication stays in one place. Particularly in the run-up to the event, you use the already stored participant lists instead of manual email distribution lists in external programmes.
Role-based recipient selection enables targeted communication: when programme changes occur, only affected people receive information, which reduces information overload. This prevents important messages from getting lost in full inboxes and signals professionalism.
