All files and documents can be linked directly to sessions, speakers or stages and are available to the team at any time. This keeps you in control of your content and ensures that everything is accessible at the right time and place – whether for the production team, the technical team or the stage.

The file view shows you at a glance which programme items already have materials attached and where content is still missing. This is particularly helpful in the final phase before the event, when presentations and videos are still being submitted.

Speakers can upload their materials themselves via the speaker profile – files automatically appear in the correct location within the system. This saves the production team lengthy email exchanges and gives speakers the ability to submit and update content independently.
