New website block: Link list for resources and links

Until now, a list of resources and links on the event website meant feature cards with images or free text. The new “Link list” block is made for exactly that.

You add it in the website editor, on the home page or on a custom page. It carries an optional heading and up to 30 links, each with link text, address and an optional short description, all per language. Only https addresses are allowed. The editor flags a half-filled link right at the field, because it would be missing on the site. There, the links open in a new tab.
