A first look at what’s next. Write to us if you want in.
Real-time collaboration
Changes to the programme appear on every team member’s screen in a fraction of a second. No refresh button.
EU hosting in Germany
GDPR-compliant from day one. Event data never leaves the EU. Permissions live in the database, not in the UI.
Interactive on-site maps
Visitors see where they are and where they need to go. Right on the device of their choice.
Digital wayfinding
Screens at the venue show the right directions based on location and time. One backend, many displays.
Integrated guest management
Email communication, ticketing and check-in. For on-site and virtual guests.
Internal communication
Chat with your team and tag people directly in comments. No second tool, no tab-switching.
White-label event sites
Public-facing event sites on your own domain. Your fonts, your colours, your branding.
Multilingual and international
For international events. iveo reaches most of your guests in their own language, right-to-left included. More languages to follow.
Built from the ground up
New code, modern architecture. Faster, safer, mobile-ready. Built for significantly larger events.
Passwordless sign-in
Sign in with a magic link. No password to remember.
Import without copy-paste
Bring your own data. Excel lists, PDFs, emails or plain text. iveo turns it into a clean programme.
Global events
For trade shows, conferences and festivals with several parallel sub-events. One programme, many stages.
AI assistance
Integrations with AI agents and MCP servers. Bring your own workflows straight into iveo.

Frequently asked questions
Will the current iveo platform still be available?
Yes. v1 continues to run in parallel. No deadline, no pressure, no forced migration. v2 is an offer, not a requirement.
What do beta testers get?
Early access to the new platform, a direct line to the product team and the chance to shape open decisions with us.
What’s expected in return?
Honest feedback, bug reports and the occasional call with the team. No fixed schedule, no time pressure.
When is the public launch?
We are deliberately not committing to a date. What we can say: we are at the point where real events can run on v2.
How do I sign up for the beta?
Drop us a short email. We’ll add you to the list and get back to you personally once you’re in.
