How do I get a licence key?
Ask your iveo Event Owner — they can create a licence key for you directly via the iveo platform. Enter the key, choose your sync folder and you're ready to go.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Files you've already synced are always available offline with a single click. If the internet drops, the app switches to offline mode and automatically retries every 15 seconds — with no data loss.
Which file formats are supported?
All common event production formats: videos (MP4, MOV, AVI), images (JPG, PNG, HEIC), PDFs, PowerPoint (PPTX, PPT) and Keynote. Data Sync generates a real thumbnail for every file type.
How fast are new files synchronised?
The sync interval is fully configurable — from 10 seconds up to 15 minutes, or manual. Default is 1 minute. For critical productions, 10 seconds ensures last-minute uploads are available immediately.
Is data transmitted securely?
Yes. All communication runs over HTTPS and is protected by short-lived authentication tokens. No permanent credentials are stored on the client machine.
Does the app work on macOS and Windows?
