Your own legal notice for every event website

A legal notice is mandatory, and it is yours, not ours. So you now maintain it yourself, under Website › Pages › Legal notice.

Under “Provider of this event website” you complete the required details or paste the text from your legal department word for word with “Own text”. On top come additional sections, a liability notice (standard text, custom text or hidden) and an addition to data processing, for example a link to your own privacy policy. If you look after several events, copy the legal notice from another event. Platform operator and data processing describe how iveo runs the website; they stay fixed on every legal notice.

If required details are missing, the publish dialog says so without blocking. The legal notice becomes visible with the next publish. Read more on the help page The public event website.
