Code of conduct per event with mandatory acceptance

Large events require a signed code of conduct from everyone involved. In iveo this now works without a PDF and a signature list: a producer publishes the code of conduct under Settings, in German and English, and switches on “Require acceptance”.

Every member reads the code to the end the next time they open the event and accepts it; until then the event stays hidden. The acceptance is stored with date, language and version and is part of your own data export. A new version asks everyone again. On the team page you see who has accepted, remind pending members by email and export the status as a CSV. Organisers and programme organisers publish programme items, people and organisations only once they have accepted the code.
