Programme: mark boxes as done and lock them

When is a programme item fully planned? Until now, no list told you. Now you mark four boxes on the programme page as done, one by one: speakers, organisations, agenda and interpretation.

A box marked as done is locked for everyone, with a padlock and the name of the person who locked it. Another click unlocks it. If someone else is working in the box, iveo only locks it once they save, at the latest one minute after their last input.

In the programme list, “Planning 2/4” shows how far each programme item has got, and the “Planning” filter shows only finished or only open ones. The live view lists the boxes still open.
