Without iveo
Anyone who wants to summarise talks with AI often sorts out speakers’ consent on the side: a line in the contract, a follow-up email, a tick in a spreadsheet. Which version of the text someone saw, and when, is hard to prove later, and a withdrawal doesn’t reliably reach the analysis.
With iveo
In iveo, consent is attached to the person in the programme, not to a separate document. You request it where you already maintain your speakers and see the status on their card. Organisers and producers of a programme see the status of its speakers, and speakers see only their own.
If someone changes their decision, the AI analysis follows it without you having to update anything. How this works in detail and where the data is processed is explained in the guide to AI and transcription.
