With iveo you keep your event's guest list with attendance mode and RSVP status, invite guests by email or link, and run a public registration form with no login, with double opt-in, an attendee limit and a registration deadline.

Guests is an optional module: the list of an event’s attendees, plus, if you want it, a public registration form. Every guest has a name, optional contact details, an attendance mode (on-site, virtual or hybrid) and an RSVP status (pending, confirmed, declined or cancelled). You can see whether an entry was added manually, invited or self-registered, and if needed you link a guest to a person in the speakers directory, for example when they are also speaking on the programme.

Every registration through the public form lands as an ordinary entry on your guest list, with the source “self-registered”. As extra fields you can ask, for example, for dietary requirements, an arrival window, job title and organisation, or a plus one. Bot protection and a rate limit are built in.

How it works

How to use Guests & Registration

Switch the module on
The guest module is off for new events. You switch it on with the master toggle in the advanced event settings, and “Guests” then appears in the event sidebar.
Configure registration
In the guest settings you set the mode (by invitation only, open to everyone, or both), plus maximum attendees, registration deadline, double opt-in, email language, consent text and extra fields.
Share the registration URL
As soon as registration is enabled, the settings show you the public registration URL, which you can share anywhere.
Invite guests
From the list you trigger an email invitation for any guest, or you generate a standalone invitation link to pass on.
Keep an eye on the list
KPI tiles show the total, attendance mode and RSVP status. A badge flags registrations that have been unconfirmed for more than 24 hours.

Do guests need an account to register?

No. Invitations and registration run on links, not on an account. Through their personal link, guests later see their own registration and cancel it if needed, again without logging in.

Can visitors to the registration page see other guests?

No. The public registration page is entirely separate from the internal guest list. It shows only the fields you have enabled and your consent text: no names, no RSVP status and no notes about anyone else.

Can I limit the number of attendees?

Yes. You set a maximum number of attendees and a registration deadline. Once the registration window has closed, or the mode is set to “by invitation only”, the page shows a notice instead of the form.

Who on my team can see the guest list?

That is governed by the event role. The Guest Manager role sees only the guest area and no other programme content.

How are times handled for international guests?

Confirmation emails and CSV exports name the event time zone as a city plus offset. If the browser's time zone differs, the form also shows the visitor's own time.

How do I delete a guest's data for good?

Taking a guest off the list normally means archiving, which is reversible. For a final deletion, for example in response to a GDPR request, there is a separate function of its own.
