In the “Organisations” area, you manage all companies, institutions or partners that play a role at your event – from sponsors and agencies to universities or cultural organisations. You can create new organisations, edit existing ones (incl. name, image and description), or import entries from previous events to save time.
The search function allows you to quickly find the organisation you're looking for at any time – even with extensive partner lists. Central management ensures consistent information and clean assignment to speakers, programme items or stages.
Particularly useful for conferences with many participating institutions: each organisation gets its own profile with logo and description. This information automatically flows into the public event website – attendees can immediately see which sponsors, partners and organisations are involved in the event and learn more about them.
Organisations can also be linked directly to speakers: when a presenter belongs to a specific institution, this assignment becomes visible in the programme and on the event website. This creates transparency and professionalism – especially important for public events, NGO conferences or specialist congresses.
This makes your event not only more professional in its presentation, but also more efficient in its preparation. Ideal for teams working with many participants who need clear structures and consistent external communication.
For recurring events – such as annual conferences or event series – importing from previous events is a real time-saver: regular partners, cooperation organisations and sponsors don’t need to be re-created each time. Once recorded, they are permanently available and can be easily reactivated or updated. Over time, this creates a well-maintained organisation database that makes your entire event management more sustainable and improves the quality of your external communication.
