Without iveo

An agency planning an event for a client often works with shared spreadsheets and folders. Either the partner sees everything, including the other partners’ sessions and the guest list, or they send their content by email and someone on the team copies it across by hand.

With iveo

In iveo every person gets a role in exactly the event they work on. Permissions follow the role: the client helps plan and publishes as a Producer, the editorial team maintains programmes, people and organisations as Editors, and a partner organisation looks after only its own session as a Programme Organiser.

Because the assignment happens right on the programme item, you don’t open up the whole event to a partner just so they can maintain their session. The role defaults can be adjusted per event. Which role may do what is explained in the guide to roles and permissions.
