Book a first call with the moderator directly in iveo

A moderator wants to talk to the organisers before the event, but nobody wants to agree dates by email. That is what the briefing call is for.

A producer or the moderation sets up an offer under “Settings, Moderation briefing”: slot length, meeting link and one or more time slots, each with its own time zone. “Booking open” makes it live. Organisers then book a free slot in the “Briefing call” card on the briefing page of their programme item.

Every booking arrives as a calendar entry by email, for the person who booked and for the moderator. If someone releases the appointment or the moderator declines the programme item, a cancellation with a cancelling entry goes to everyone who had it. No appointment stays in a calendar that no longer exists.
