Add external interpreters to a programme item

If a person does not speak the main language of your event, you have to organise the interpretation. You can now do that right on the programme item, without a detour.

In the “Interpretation” card you add an external interpreter: name, email, optionally phone, plus source and target language. “Save & send email” sends an invitation to their address straight away, in the event’s language; “Save” adds them without an email for now. The invitation holds the details of the programme item and, if the stage has them, the technical notes as a PDF. For that, the stage now carries a Zoom room and two PDFs.

You set the main language in the event settings. Without it, iveo does not know when a hint is needed. The interpretation details never appear on the event website. The rest is on the Programme and Calendar page.
