Work on a programme item together

A programme item rarely has just one person working on it. Organisers look after the content, the team adds formats and the agenda, the moderator keeps an eye on the briefing. All of that can now happen at the same time, without anyone overwriting someone else’s work.

Whatever someone saves shows up in the box straight away and lights up briefly. The programme header shows who has the page open right now, and each box shows who last worked there. The moderation briefing updates live as well.

A conflict only arises when two people have changed the same field. You then decide right at the field whether to take the other person’s version or “Keep mine”. More on the Programme and Calendar page.
