Moderators maintain their own briefing, with comments and versions

Agreeing on a moderation briefing used to mean long email threads. Now the team and the moderator work in the same form.

Once the moderator has accepted the request, they find their briefings in the sidebar under “My briefings” and edit them there themselves. You sort out questions with comments right on the box in question. New comments reach everyone involved by bell and email.

Every submission saves a version (V1, V2, …). When you look at a version, changed boxes are marked, and a note shows whether the programme has changed since the submission. When a briefing is submitted, the moderator and the organisers of the programme item hear about it. More on the Programme and Calendar page.
