Invite speakers to enter their own details

Photo, bio, job title, organisation: filling a programme means collecting a lot of details from other people. Those people can now take care of it themselves.

If someone doesn’t exist yet, you create them right on the programme item. The full person dialogue opens with the name from the search, you choose speaker or moderator and decide between “Enter details manually” and “Let the person enter their own details”. With the second option an email address is enough: “Invite” creates the person and sends them an invitation. Organisers can do this on their own programme items too.

Once the profile is linked to the person’s account, they maintain it themselves under “My profile”: photo, name, job title, bio, social channels, languages and their organisations. In the people lists, the tags “Invited” and “iveo user” show who is already on board. More on the Programme and Calendar page.
