History: follow every change to a programme item

Who moved the stage? When was the duration cut? Until now you had to ask around the team.

Now every programme item has a “History” page. You open it in the header of the programme page. Every change is listed with person and time, and for fixed fields with the old and new value. Under “Show” you narrow it down to “Programme” or “Submission”, and “Load more” fetches older entries.
