Photos and videos on a programme item

Until now, the photos of a programme item lived somewhere between camera, chat and file share. Now they have a home in iveo: the Media assets card on the programme item gets the “Recordings & media” tab.

There you upload several photos at once, by drag and drop too, pick a cover image, open every photo large and enter photographer and usage rights once for all photos of the programme item. “Download all as ZIP” bundles the originals. For videos you find the finished livestream recordings per language and, below them, uploaded videos with length, size and download.

Producers, operators and directors upload and maintain media. Organisers, programme organisers, editors and moderators see the media and download it, speakers those of their own programme items.
