"Now live" stage graphic for screens at the venue
The TV in the foyer, the projector next to the stage, the totem at the entrance: they now show what is on. Each stage gets a full-screen “Now live” graphic with the title and time of the programme item the director has taken live, and below it slides rotate through the speakers and the participating organisations. If nothing is running, the screen shows the stage’s day plan.
You set it up in produce mode under “Screen Graphics”: one card per stage with open, copy URL, background (event branding or your own video) and dwell time per slide. When the director presses “Go Live”, the screen switches without reloading. The daily programme timeline now follows the director’s click too.
What you need and how to set up the devices is on the help page Screens at the venue.
