Collect speakers' AI consent directly in iveo

Before iveo analyses spoken contributions with AI, every person has to agree. You now collect that consent directly in iveo.

In the “Transcript” tab of a programme item’s Media assets card you see how many speakers have agreed. “Collect consent” opens a pop-up with every confirmed speaker and their state: open, requested, given or declined. From there you request individually, remind or write to everyone still open at once. Speakers get an email and answer via the link in it, without logging in. Anyone with an iveo account also answers the question right in the tab or on their first visit and can change their decision at any time under “My settings” in the “Privacy” tab.

Every decision is stored with its time and the version of the consent text. That way you can always show who agreed to what, and when.
