Without iveo
The run of show is often a document of its own, copied from the programme. Someone types the names for the lower thirds into the graphics software, and when a speaker changes on the morning of the show, the change has to go through the run of show, the graphics and the presenter cards.
With iveo
On show day the job changes: you’re no longer planning, you’re running the show. iveo has its own mode for that, with the same data and a different interface. Nobody retypes names because they’re already there.
When you take a stage live, guests see on the event website what is really happening at that moment. The details are in the guide to live production.
