With iveo you drive the TVs, projectors and steles at the venue straight from your programme. You set up each screen once, and after that you drive the content from iveo, not from the device.

Two full-screen graphics per event

“Now live” per stage: time and title of the current programme item sit at the top. Below them, slides rotate with the confirmed speakers (photo, name, function, organisation) and the participating organisations with their logos.

“Daily Programme Timeline”: a timeline of all of the day’s programme items across every stage. What is running is marked the way the director switches it live.

Colours and font come from the event website’s branding. Changes to speakers, organisations, background and dwell time arrive on screen live. At the device, the space bar pauses the slides and the arrow keys step forwards or back.

Lower thirds for stage and stream

Lower thirds overlay the name of the person who is speaking. The lower thirds studio lists the programme items of the next and last 48 hours with status, number of speakers and languages. One click, and the lower third is ready as a full-screen graphic, for OBS or the projector, for example.
