Send Zoom info to virtual speakers in one click

Anyone joining via Zoom needs the dial-in before the session. Until now that meant gathering the details and writing an email yourself. Now iveo takes care of it when you make the switch.

If you set a person to virtual in the “Speakers” box, iveo asks. “Save & send Zoom info” sends them the programme item, date, stage, Zoom link, meeting ID and passcode, plus the stage’s notes for virtual participants as a PDF. The email arrives in the event’s language.

The row then shows whether the Zoom info has been sent. More on the Programme and Calendar page.
