Speaker details often arrive by email: a photo as an attachment, a bio in the body text, the job title in the signature. Someone on the team copies everything into a spreadsheet, the programme booklet and the website, and when a speaker updates her bio, the round starts again. Who has already confirmed sits in yet another list.

With iveo

In iveo each event has one directory of people, and the programme, event website and social media graphics all draw on the same data. Speakers maintain their own profile, and on the programme item you record who is confirmed. Only people who have confirmed go public.

When someone on the team changes a person, everyone else sees the new version without reloading. The details are in the guide to speakers.
