How iveo works

iveo is the platform your team uses to plan, produce and publish an event. These pages explain how that fits together — and answer the questions we are asked most often.

The path through an event

  1. Create the event and invite your team. Everyone gets a role that determines what they can see and change — from full access down to looking after a single programme item.
  2. Collect contributions. Through a call for sessions, partners and external contributors submit their proposals via a public form. You review them as a team and turn the accepted ones into programme items.
  3. Build the programme. Stages, schedule, people and organisations live in one place — a single shared source instead of spreadsheets that drift apart.
  4. Publish. A curated selection goes to your public event website, optionally under your own domain. Only what you explicitly release is published.
  5. Produce. On show day you take stages live, the control room follows the running order, and projectors, foyer screens and your stream get their graphics — from the same data you planned with.
