Editor
You keep the content of the whole event up to date without touching the structure.

- Content team
- Communications
As Editor you work across the whole event, not just on single programme items. You make sure texts, bios and logos are right.
The Producer sets the structure. You maintain what is in it and publish individual content yourself.

A typical workflow
- Maintain a programme item
You edit title, subtitle, topics and description and lock finished boxes.

You create people and use "Find duplicates" to check for double entries.
- Add an organisation
You enter the website, and the magnifier suggests name, logo and description.
- Publish a person
Once the event is online, you publish a person individually from their detail page.

Workflows using this
- Plan a multi-stage conference programmeWith iveo you plan a conference programme across several stages in one shared calendar: drag programme items onto stage and time, keep speakers and organisations up to date and publish everything at the same moment on your release date.
- Publish an event website with your programme and speakersWith iveo your event website is built straight from the programme data your team already maintains: programme, speakers and organisations, in your own branding and on your own domain if you like, without maintaining content twice.
