Roles in iveo

Guest Manager

You look after all the guests of your event, from the invitation to the yes or no.

Typically held by
  • Guest management
  • Attendee care
  • Reception

As Guest Manager you have one clear job: you know who is coming, whether on site, virtual or hybrid, and who has said yes or no.

The guest list exists once a Producer has switched on guest management for the event. Before that, it does not appear in the sidebar at all.
