Without iveo
A call for sessions often runs on a form tool, follow-up questions by email and a spreadsheet where the team scores proposals. Anyone accepted then gets typed into the schedule by hand, and every correction has to be made in three places.
With iveo
In iveo everything happens in the same system where the programme is built later. A submission becomes a programme item without moving from one tool to the next, and the submitter goes on to maintain their programme item themselves, without seeing anyone else’s proposals.
The team works in a review list that each person sets up for themselves: their own columns, saved views, statuses and notes right in the list. The details are in the guide to submissions.
